Opalescence Instructions

1) Brush your teeth to clear food particles and surface stains.
2) Fill your dental tray with not more than 1/3 or 1/2 syringe of Opalescence Whitening Gels.
3) Apply the tray and adjust it to fit well to your teeth. Wipe off any excess gel with clean finger.
4) Wear the tray according to the concentrations you chose:
10% – 8 to 10 hours or overnight
15% – 4 to 6 hours
20% – 2 to 4 hours
35% – half hour
5) Remove the tray and brush your teeth thoroughly. Then wash your tray with cold water and keep properly.

Side Effects
Some may concern about the side effects of Opalescence Whitening System. In fact, like all the other whitening products, Opalescence may cause teeth sensitivity or gum pain due to the bleaching agents in it. However, the sensitivity will not last long. Consult with your dentist if you experience discomfort for more than two days.
